This policy explains what information Daniela Paes (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit this page or purchase Beside You, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We sell one digital product. We do not sell your personal information.
Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
- Purchase information — your name, email address, country and the items ordered. Card details are entered on the checkout page of our payment processor (Hotmart) and are never transmitted to or stored by us.
- Email address, if you ask us a question or opt in to receive updates.
- Technical and usage data — IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed and time on page, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send us, health information. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Why we use it
- To deliver the file you bought and provide support (legal basis: performance of a contract).
- To process payments and keep tax and accounting records (contract and legal obligation).
- To measure how our advertising performs and to show relevant ads (consent, where required).
- To send you emails you asked for — every one has an unsubscribe link (consent).
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This page may load the following third-party technologies:
- Pinterest Tag (Pinterest, Inc.) — measures whether a visit or purchase came from a Pin and supports audience reporting. Pinterest's privacy policy: policy.pinterest.com/privacy-policy.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — measures results from Facebook and Instagram ads. See Meta's privacy policy.
These providers may act as independent controllers of the data they receive and may combine it with data they already hold. Where consent is required, these tags load only after you accept them; you can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies, using your browser's tracking controls, or writing to us. Blocking them does not affect your access to the product.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that need it to run the business: our payment processor (Hotmart), our email and file-delivery provider, our website host, and the advertising and analytics providers named above. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights. We never sell or rent your personal information.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where personal data leaves the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent approved safeguard.
How long we keep it
Order and tax records: 7 years, as tax law requires. Support emails: 2 years after the conversation ends. Marketing email addresses: until you unsubscribe. Advertising and analytics identifiers: up to 13 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a portable copy, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of targeted advertising and of any sale or sharing of personal information. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other US states with privacy statutes, and residents of the UK and EEA (UK GDPR / GDPR), can exercise these rights free of charge and without discriminatory treatment.
To make a request, email fourthtrimestre@gmail.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. We may ask you to confirm the email address used for your order so that we give data to the right person. An authorised agent may act for you with written permission. UK and EEA residents also have the right to complain to their local data protection authority.
Brazil — LGPD
We are established in Brazil, so our processing is also governed by the General Personal Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018, “LGPD”). Under it you may confirm whether we process your data and access it, correct incomplete or outdated data, request anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, request portability, obtain information about the parties with whom we share data, and withdraw consent — by writing to fourthtrimestre@gmail.com. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, payments run on PCI-DSS compliant processors, and access to order data is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will say so on the home page.
