Refund policy

We want you to feel good about this purchase. If the guide is not what you expected, you can ask for your money back within 30 days of your order — no explanation required.

How to request a refund

1. Email fourthtrimestre@gmail.com with the subject line Refund.
2. Include the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, your order number.

That is all. You do not need to return anything, since the product is a digital file.

When you get the money

We approve eligible requests within 2 business days and instruct our payment processor (Hotmart) to refund the full amount to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers then take a further 5–10 business days to post the credit; the timing after we issue the refund is out of our control. Refunds are made in the currency you paid in; we cannot refund a currency-conversion fee charged by your own bank.

What is covered

• The full purchase price of Beside You, for requests made within 30 days of the order date.
• Duplicate charges, at any time — write to us and we will reverse the extra charge.
• A file you cannot open or download: contact us first, because this is almost always fixed in minutes. If we cannot get the file to you, you get a full refund.

What is not covered

• Requests made more than 30 days after the order date.
• Orders where the file or download link has been shared or republished, in breach of the terms of use.
• Purchases made through a third-party reseller, which are subject to that seller's policy.

Your statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to the rights you already have by law, and it does not limit them. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract; for digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once the download begins with your express consent and your acknowledgement that the right is lost — which is confirmed at checkout. Our 30-day policy above is more generous than that minimum and applies either way. Consumers in Brazil have a 7-day right of withdrawal for purchases made outside a physical establishment under article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990). Consumers elsewhere keep any mandatory rights available under their local law. In every case, the 30-day policy above is what we apply.

After a refund

Your licence to use the guide ends and we ask that you delete the file. We keep a minimal record of the transaction for tax and accounting purposes, as described in the privacy policy.
